I believe you could get round this by adding google image search to your allowed sites from Noscript, but otherwise the addon will always override the GM script.

Updated to unescape special characters in the original html link - apologies for the schoolboy error in overlooking this previously.

Slightly modified to make the description itself the link, just as a tidy-up.
