Enhances the grid with a variety of optional features:

The current time is indicated by a red line running down the grid.
Adds an imdb.com and/or tv.com link in front of each program title.
First-run shows are bold.
Customizable highlighting: favorites, favored, and ignore.
Customizable list of channels to be omitted from the grid.
Automatically refreshes the page each hour.
