Replaces Java rollover link applets with HTML buttons.

On some old sites or sites where the developer is still using Microsoft Frontpage, a Java applet is used to do "fancy" rollover hyperlinks. So, you sit around and wait 30-40 seconds while the links on the page load. If you install this script and turn off Java, you can still navigate these sites. It replaces all instances of the fphover java applet with an equivalent regular HTML button.
