Adds "Poke All" and "Poke Selected" buttons above the pokes on the user's homepage. These buttons allows the user to mass poke everyone that has poked him/her.

Added ability to poke only selected users

Fixed a conflict when loading jQuery and the $ function interferes with Facebook's Prototype $ function.
The confirmation message now links users to their profile pages.
